There is a wide variety of services we can provide and all of them can be tailored to your needs. Validations of thermal processes, inspection of incoming shipments in the Miami-Fort Lauderdale area are some of them.
Are you required by regulation to have your cooking or pasteurization system validated? We have personnel qualified to perform heat distribution and heat penetration tests and issue a report that will comply with the USDA and/or FDA requirements.

Validation of thermal processes
Are you required by regulation or by your process to have your cooking or pasteurization system validated? We have personnel qualified to perform heat distribution and heat penetration tests and issue a report that will comply with the USDA and/or FDA requirements.
Inspection of incoming shipments
You are receiving shipments from suppliers located outside the USA. Are they complying with your specifications? Once the shipments cleared US Customs and FDA or USDA inspections, we can perform an inspection to determine if the products comply with their specifications and sent you a report with our observations. For this, we’ll need to make sure you have specifications describing the quality characteristics you are marketing, otherwise, we can help to develop your incoming shipments inspection program and include the quality parameters you’re looking for.
